While at Lakewood Ranch High School she was honored as a Lakewood Legend and received the community service award for her dedication to volunteering to those in need. Her parents, Greg and Cheryl McGrew are both manatee county school board employees and have been active in East Manatee County for over 20 years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida in 2010 and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida in 2013. While attending chiropractic school she was highly involved and had a leadership role as a campus liaison with a passion for pediatric chiropractic. She attended a clinic abroad trip to India in 2013 where she treated many school children as well as adults and was nominated for the prestigious Clinical Excellence Award.
She was inspired to become a Chiropractor as she witnessed her father recover from a debilitating automobile accident under the care of a chiropractor. Seeing what the art of chiropractic has done for him made her take a serious look at the profession. The testimonials she heard from others fascinated her greatly and caused her to research chiropractic and natural health care. After attending many medical seminars and shadowing several local chiropractors she was further committed to joining this outstanding field. Dr. Jacqueline’s caring nature and passion for serving others has made chiropractic the perfect profession where she can help patients maintain optimum health and live happy lives.
Dr. Jacqueline married her college sweetheart in 2012. They have an adorable Morkie, Beaujangle and a sweet German Shepherd puppy, Mya. She and her husband, Drew moved their family to Bradenton excitedly and welcomed their first child, Grayson Andrew in July 2014.
