Dr. Carey Lam Chiropractic Physician / Certified Acupuncturist

Dr. Carey Lam was introduced to chiropractic medicine at a young age, by her next door neighbor, who was a chiropractor, that provided treatments for her family. She came back to chiropractic later in life after working in the pharmaceutical industry and realizing progress was more likely to be made and retained if patients were treated for wellness rather than symptom focused.

Dr. Carey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saint Petersburg College and her Doctorate degree in Chiropractic medicine from National University of Health Sciences’ Florida Campus in Pinellas Park, Florida. Before graduating, she also completed a three month internship with HCW under the direct supervision of Dr. Cindy Hornback.

Dr. Carey is acupuncture certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Webster-certified and is currently completing her ICPA certification. She is proficient in Diversified technique, Mckenzie Protocol A, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Thompson Drop, Logan Basic, instrument assisted adjusting techniques and IASTM.

In her free time, Dr. Carey likes to travel and spend time outdoors with her family. She looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm for chiropractic and helping you and your family reach your wellness goals.
