Schedule
Call your nearest office or schedule online anytime. Request a specific doctor if you have a preference; mention it if your visit is accident-related.
Verify coverage
The team checks what your plan covers before your visit. In-network plans: Aetna, Meritain, Medicare, MultiPlan/PHCS, and the VA Community Care Network. Everything else, including HSA, FSA, CareCredit, and direct pay, is on the insurance and payment options page.
Come in
Bring your photo ID, insurance card, any recent imaging on CD or reports, and a medication list. Paperwork is handled at your visit; arriving a few minutes early keeps it smooth. The what to expect page walks through the visit itself, step by step.
