Why Choose a Wellness Membership?
membership included
Included in every membership
- An annual exam. A yearly clinical checkpoint on how your spine is moving and whether your care plan still fits.
- X-rays when findings call for them. Imaging follows clinical need, not a calendar. If your annual exam or a new complaint indicates X-rays, they are included in your membership. Infants are never X-rayed; imaging for children follows exam findings, particularly after trauma or when screening for scoliosis.
- Care from the practice's doctors. Membership visits with the practice's doctors, with adult and child options, and every doctor treating pediatric patients as well as adults.
- One predictable monthly amount. Discussed at intake, one predictable cost before anything begins. No insurance filing. Membership is between you and your doctor.
Membership Tiers
The three tiers
Each tier builds a visit cadence into one monthly amount. The right cadence is a clinical recommendation from your doctor, not a menu pick.
| Tier | Adult (13+) | Child (0-12) | Included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $65/month | $30/month | Monthly adjustments |
| Active | $115/month | $50/month | Bi-weekly adjustments |
| Optimal | $180/month | $75/month | Weekly adjustments |
Family Discounts
Family and multi-member discounts
- Adults: 5% off the second adult, 10% off the third, 15% off the fourth and beyond
- Children (0-12): 10% off the second child, 20% off the third and beyond
Care Comparison
Membership or per-visit: the fair comparison
The membership is not for everyone, and saying so is the point. If you use care occasionally, paying per visit may suit you fine. If you come regularly, for maintenance care, for an active family, or because regular adjustments are simply part of how you manage your body, one flat monthly amount is easier to budget and removes the quiet math of “is this visit worth the bill?” The intake conversation runs your actual usage against both options, and the initial consultation is free, so finding out costs nothing.
Medicare patients
Medicare covers adjustments that treat an active problem. When care shifts to wellness or maintenance visits, which Medicare does not cover, the membership becomes available for continuing regular care. The membership overview explains the sequence.
