Visit Guide

Your First Chiropractic Visit Explained

First visits go better when you know the sequence, so here it is, exactly as it works at all three offices. No surprises is the operating principle: your initial consultation is free, and every cost is quoted before anything moves forward.

Before Arrival

Before you arrive

Simple Steps

Your first visit, step by step

Consultation, free

You and the doctor talk through what brought you in: your symptoms, your history, what you have already tried.

Recommendations

Based on the consultation, the doctor recommends what comes next, which may include an exam, imaging, or treatment. Some patients do not need imaging on their first visit; if you already have imaging, bring it and it will be reviewed.

Your costs, quoted first

Before anything moves forward, your financial responsibility is quoted. Insurance patients know what their plan covers because it was verified before the visit; direct-pay patients can use cash, card, HSA, FSA, or CareCredit, and pricing options including the wellness membership are discussed at intake where they fit.

Care proceeds on your yes

Your plan is built around your findings, with checkpoints, and it changes if your progress stalls. If what you need is outside chiropractic care, you are told plainly and referred in the right direction.
